Each client will have a vast understanding of the market, area and specific property to give them confidence in their acquisition. They will also be made aware of their total costs to contribute plus their weekly cash flow position through our cash flow analysis report. This report factors in individual income(s), tax, property income, property costs down to the dollar, what their investment property will cost or produce in income each week.
